  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

  • Returns are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or wrong items received.

🚫 We do not accept returns for:

  • Size issues (please check the size chart before ordering)

  • Color variation due to lighting or screen differences

  • Items bought during sale or clearance


πŸ”„ Replacement

  • Eligible products will be replaced, not refunded.

  • Replacement will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • If the product is out of stock, a refund will be initiated.


πŸ’° Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only if replacement is not possible.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged/defective/wrong item), we’ll cover the return shipping cost.

  • Otherwise, return shipping charges are non-refundable.
